Reliable industry source Digital Chat Station has leaked details about the processors powering the upcoming Redmi K90 series. According to the report, the standard model will feature Qualcomm’s upcoming SM8845, while the Pro variant will be equipped with the SM8850 chipset.
Although the exact names of these chipsets have not been disclosed yet, the SM8845 is expected to be a custom SoC developed in collaboration with Qualcomm and Redmi, offering performance similar to the Snapdragon 8 Elite. Meanwhile, the SM8850 is most likely to be the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, bringing top-tier efficiency and performance.
